Woven AF1 (Dave White exclusive)- 1 OF 1 made
Production Year : 2008

Unlike the previous wovens produced, these were considered semi-wovens as it only covered the front toe and side panels, while the rest were finished off with materials.

Nothing loud in terms of colourways were according to Dave White's preference, Black and Grey were picked as they are his favourite colourways. These 1 of 1 semi-wovens were Hand-weaved using Matt black and patent black materials, with swoosh in grey and finished off with black crocodile skin.  

  

          
Sole What? x Hypethetic
Production Year : 2007

A project done to commemorate the grand opening of Sole What? store (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia).

Hypethetic adapted this design from the Sole What logo that was designed by Squirtgun, a member from Streething.com forum.

This pair of custom up on display at the Sole What? store in KL.

      
Sole What? x Bearbrick
Production Year : 2007

A project done to commemorate the opening of Sole What? store (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia).

Coloured vinyl strips of Sole What and Hypethetic brand are used to line the face and parts of the Bearbrick to signify the cohesion between the sneaker community in Singapore and Malaysia.

In addition to the design on the Bearbrick, repeated windmill patterns of Hypethetic's, Bearbrick, Nike and Sole What's logo were printed on the specially made hoodie. This piece is up on display at the Sole What? store in KL.

      
Nike Windrunner x Bearbrick (Singapore)
Production Year : 2007

A commissioned project by Nike Singapore, repeated windmill patterns of Hypethetic's logo was used as the design theme.

In addition to the design on the Bearbrick, Hypethetic also produced a matching Windrunner hoodie, Bearbrick scaled version AF-1 custom and gym bag.

This piece is being displayed at Limited Edition (Queensway) - Singapore

      
Yakuza - Custom 1 of 1
Production Year : 2007

Featuring a collaboration of Far East style with the spirit of the Wild West.

ANTZ and HYPETHETIC dolled up this pair of NIKE DUNK low with premium snakeskin leather from Spain. A finishing flavor of oriental patterns and colors gives life to this one of a kind creation.

ANTZ is a seasoned graffiti artist and digital illustrator for superclub Ministry of Sound.

        
Hypethetic 1st Anniversary - Armadillo
Production Year : 2007

To commemorate our first anniversary, Hypethetic created the Armadillo.

Using real quality leather to create an exquisite look. It's looks is likened to an armour similar to the Armadillo, which has a armour plated shell on its back. Hand stiched from ground up, it’s theone and only pair ever created.

        
Hyperstrike Woven - Sole Bar Exclusive
Production Year : 2007

Our custom "HYPERSTRIKE WOVEN AF1" is inspired by the woven AF1 done by MO.

The whole sneaker was ripped off, then glued followed by stitching to achieve maxi durability and wearability.

Materials used were 3M fabric highlighter orange fabric. The woven pattern was woven by hand.

This pair was specially done for U.S based sneaker magazine, Sole Collector for the opening of Sole Bar.

Sole Warlord III Dunk Low - NikeSB.org Exclusive
Production Year : 2007

The dunk low edition was specially created for NikeSB.org and bears similar concept as the original Sole Warlord III. Sole Warlord III" is inspired by the Five Tiger Generals of the Kingdom of Shu during the period of the Three Kingdoms in China.

The sample was auctioned online at a closing price of US$610 and the winner out of 160 contestants walked away with the 1 of 1 pair through a shoe raffle organised by NikeSB.org.

Sole Warlord III
Production Year : 2007

“Sole Warlord III” is inspired by the Five Tiger Generals of the Kingdom of Shu during the period of the Three Kingdoms in China. The Five Tiger Generals namely, Guan Yu, Zhang Fei, Zhao Yu, Ma Chao and Huang Zhong are fierce warlords and generals who were bestowed this title in honor of their contributions to the establishment of the kingdom.

They have fought countless battles and were almost invincible in their campaigns. This release is a follow-up of our previous release of the Sole Warlord featured in the Sole Collector AF-1 issue.

  
SB Galore
Production Year : 2007

SB Galore is inspired by a black jacket produced by Nike a couple of years back.

The inner lining of the jacket is covered with prints of SBs and was known to cost a bomb.

The pair of kicks is lined with black snakeskin on the front and black and brown rattan like materials. The rest of the kick is lined with prints of SBs, bringing back the nostalgic feel of that black Nike jacket we've always longed for.

      
Sole Warlord II
Production Year : 2006

If you wondered where Sole Warlord II went, well here it is ! The design that was never released to public for so long.

The theme of the shoe revolves around a historical figure named, Guan Yu. He was a general under the warlord Liu Bei during the late Eastern Han Dynasty and Three Kingdoms era of China. He played a significant role in the civil war that led to the collapse of the Han Dynasty and the establishment of the Kingdom of Shu, of which Liu Bei was the first emperor.

Guan Yu's weapon was a guandao named Green Dragon Crescent Blade, which resembled a halberd. Thus the green oriental material was chosen for this pair of custom.

        
Sole Warlord
Production Year : 2006

This commemorative pair of dunks is the one and only pair produced for Sole Collector magazine's AF-1 competition.

This pair was produced to also pay tribute to Nike's AF-1 25th Anniversary. One of the most detailed pair of customs released by Hypethetic to date.

Sporting gold and white fabric, a pair of matching lace protectors silkscreened with the Hypethetic Dragon Emblem were made.

Parasite Invasion
Production Year : 2007

Parasite Invasion represents a milestone in Hypethetic's design roadmap, being the first to be retrofitted from sole up and 95% handsewn.

The green patterns are likened to the parasites lurking in the dark swampy waters of the amazon river. The pink snake-skin Nike stripe represents the predator in preparation for an invasion to take their prey down.

          
Hype Or Money (Dunk Low)
Production Year : 2006

To commemorate the launch of Hypethetic on September 11, 2006.

Sporting the Singapore Currency, H.O.M is inspired by by Futura's FLOMs. The Dunk Low edition is exclusive to close friends and staff of Hypethetic.

Black vacuum material clads the rest of the other parts of the kicks giving it a space-age feel. It also comes with a matching gold HYP lacelock.

      
Hype Or Money (H.O.M)

To commemorate the launch of Hypethetic on September 11, 2006, Hypethetic produced a sample piece of Hype Or Money (H.O.M).

Supremo Legacy
Production Year : 2006

SUPREMO LEGACY is the fusion of Supreme Dunk Low & Supreme Blazer. The HYP lace lock is gold in colour, similar to the legendary Supreme Dunk HI.

The body of Supremo Legacy sports the looks of Supreme Dunk Low whereas the tongue emulates the looks of Supreme Blazer White. The rustic gold coloured elephant prints pays tributes to LEGENDARY Nike Sneakers created by skateboard brand SUPREME.

      
Glam Demon
Production Year : 2006

GLAM DEMON is inspired by the glamourous sparkling effects of diamonds. It's an attention seeker when it sparkles under the spotlight as you feast your eyes on the Swarovski crystal cladded GLAM DEMON.

A matching black velvet material - a common sight over the counters at jewelery shops; clads this glamourous pair of kicks.rnrnThe cushioned tongue inspired by the Supreme Blazer gives the DEMON an added lush look.

    
Full-Grip
Production Year : 2006

FULL GRIP is inspired by an illustration by MASTERMIND (Japan). It's a brillant idea to construct a cover over the laces area to serve as protection when it comes to skateboarding and is asthetically pleasing to the eye as well.

In short, FULL GRIP is wrapped up with red snakeskin and the 3M material used around the shoes creates a reflective effect & visual aid when it comes to night skating or roadstreets skating. You'll love it when it reflects at night!

  
Hyperstrike Woven AF1 DIS
Production Year : 2007

This pair of customs is designed exclusively for the launch of the DIS project.

The colorway comprises of the Singapore colours - red and white. The colours coincide with the DIS corporate colour. The reflective 3M material represents the pool of unknown designers involved in the DIS project, where they are like undiscovered stars waiting to shine in the vast galaxy.

The woven theme represents the unified and binding strength of DIS and the designers, working hand in hand to push local design and brands far beyond our shores.

        
Hyper Gerbil
Production Year : 2007

The first collaboration work with a local Visual artist - Killer Gerbil. He has been creating the character The Killer Gerbil since 2003 as an alter ego; a street rat that kill empty spaces with colors and forms with means of beautifying. Inspired by his pet gerbils, street culture and urban art,

This pair of customs features both repeated patterns of Killer Gerbil's signature font and the Hypethetic logo. The multi-faceated tone with gradient effects signify the paint sprayed by a spray can of a graffiti artist. An interesting thing to look out for is the Nike Swoosh made up of white fur which represents Killer Gerbil's signature character fur coat.
